Making a return

The customer can request a return, within the maximum term of 10 days from delivery in the event that the product is damaged upon arrival, defective, or does not conform to what was purchased (for example a different color or size from those ordered).

The return does not involve a refund of the amount paid but the replacement with a new piece that corresponds to the requirements.

The Customer, to make a return, must connect to the site www .troviso1883.com and fill in the form on the page Contacts , taking care to report the order number, the code of the product for which he wants to make the return as well as the reason for the return: the customer must provide, in the free text field, as much information as possible regarding the problem encountered .

In the case of returning multiple products, a form must be completed for each of them.

The return request will be screened to verify the presence of the requirements and the customer will receive a communication on the outcome of the request itself. If the request can be accepted, the purchased goods must be returned to Troviso1883 to the address from which the product or products were shipped or to the different place possibly indicated by Troviso1883.

The costs of redelivery, in the case in which the causes of the return are not due to a mistake by the seller, are charged to the customer. In the event that the Customer intends to return more products of the same order, he must fill in a return request for each product.

When the return request is accepted, it is recommended to reuse the same packaging to reseal the shipment;

Troviso1883 reserves the right to refuse the return of those products that do not conform to what was originally sent. The products must not have been altered and must not show any signs of use. Each product must be returned with all original labels, packaging and accessories received with the product itself.

All products must be returned in their original packaging, complete in all its parts and free from damage or alteration; to limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend, when possible, to put it in a second box, on which to write down the Troviso1883 address. In all cases, the affixing of labels or adhesive tapes directly on the original product packaging should be avoided

All returned products will be subjected to careful inspection by Troviso1883 and must comply with all the parameters listed in the procedure made; only following this inspection, and in any case within 15 (fifteen) days from the shipment of the package by the Customer, Troviso1883 & amp; C. Snc will communicate the acceptance of the return to the Customer via e-mail and will arrange for the replacement piece to be sent unless otherwise communicated.

Right of withdrawal

1. < p> The right of withdrawal applies only to consumers: Art. art. 1469 bis of the Civil Code states that "the consumer is the natural person who acts for purposes unrelated to any business or professional activity carried out" (Article 1469 bis). Consequently, if the purchase is made as a company or professional with a VAT number, it is not possible to assert the right of withdrawal for purchases made in this capacity.

2. The right of withdrawal is in any case excluded for the supply with the logo provided by the customer.

3. If the conditions exist to exercise the right of withdrawal, this must be exercised within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of the goods (by filling out the dedicated form under the reserved area) and the refund will take place within 30 (thirty) days of the request, in one of the following ways that the customer must indicate in the return request form:

   • by refunding the price of the purchased product, net of shipping costs
   • by providing a promotional core returned to Troviso1883 to the address from which the product or products had been shipped or to a different place possibly indicated by Troviso1883.

     In the event that the Customer intends to exercise the right of withdrawal for multiple products of the same order, must complete a withdrawal request form for each product, as well as pack each individual product in its package. It is recommended to ship the products to be returned using the same courier and the same packaging used for the first shipment; Troviso1883 will not be responsible for reimbursement or compensation for those returned products that have been lost or have been stolen or damaged.

     The refund, if requested, will be made with the same payment method as for the purchase; in particular:

     • in case of purchase by credit or rechargeable card, by crediting the amount paid for the returned item on the same card used to complete the order;
     • in case of purchase via Pay Pal, by crediting the same PayPal account used to complete the order;
     • in case of purchase by bank transfer or cash on delivery, by re-credit to the buyer's bank account, whose coordinates must be communicated by the customer in the return request form.

     All returned products will be subjected to careful inspection by Troviso1883 and must comply with all the parameters indicated above; only following this inspection, and in any case within 15 (fifteen) days of receipt of the package by the Customer, Troviso1883 will notify the Customer via e-mail of the acceptance of the withdrawal and will arrange for the refund of the price paid or the sending of the promotional code, depending on the option selected by the customer at the time of the withdrawal request.

     Troviso1883 undertakes to reimburse the Customer promptly and in any case no later than 30 (thirty) days from acceptance of the product returned. Troviso1883 will send an e-mail notification once the refund has been made. The re-credit will be visible on the customer's credit card statement after a minimum of 30 (thirty) days from the refund date; this timing may vary slightly according to the banking circuit of the credit card used.

     Conventional Guarantee

     In the event that the Customer finds a defect and / or a defect in the purchased product of production, is required to report the defect in writing, by registered letter with return receipt, to Troviso1883 within 8 (eight) days of its discovery and, in any case, within one year from the date of purchase of the goods (the date of the invoice).
